GUARANTEED ROOM RESERVATION
- Payment must be received before the arrival date for guaranteed your room reservation.
- Group booking payment must be received 2 (two) weeks before the arrival date or could be transferred by bank.
- Non-Guaranteed bookings will only be held until 02.00 pm of the arrival date, and 2 ( two ) weeks before the arrival date for group booking.

CANCELLATION
- No cancellation or changes.
- Alia Hotels do not accept cancellation or changes to bookings.
- Refunds are not available.
NO SHOW
Should there be a “no show” on the scheduled date of arrival all confirmed reservations, one night room charge will apply.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Room rates change every December 30-31 ( new year’s eve rate ).
- The room rate included of buffet breakfast.
- Check-in time is at 2 PM and check-out time at 12:00 noon.
- Only married couple will be accepted to stay in the same room.
- Children below 12 years old free sharing room with parents.
- Shuttle Airport transfer is not available.
